Here are some pictures of the ring that he got me! I think its perfect! :) He knows my style! Ha ha.
This was after he proposed to me... I had to get a kiss from him! He is amazing! :) Our plans are to get married next year in June... we haven't quite decided what day, but we will figure it out. lol. We will be getting married in the Salt Lake LDS temple. I am truely excited and I can't wait for that special day! More updates later! :)
Okay! So here is how the story goes.... first off Jordan decided that he wanted to go up to waterfall canyon to enjoy one last hike for the summer. The hike took forever and we were extremely tired cause it was probably 100 degrees outside that day. (The funny thing is that for the three days before Tuesday the weather said it would be cloudy with a chance of a storm, but the entire sky was clear and blue!!) So we finally get up to this spot which is right at the top of waterfall canyon. What a beautiful view it was. :)

So anyway... Jordan packed us some Subway to eat up there, but before he got out the food he pulled out a candle and lit it. Very cute and romantic... and thats when I knew... but he didn't ask just yet. We ate our food and afterward he told me to take some pictures of the view... which explains the first two pictures. Ha ha. So I turn around to take a picture of Jordan and he starts to get down on one knee. I was super excited.... I was going crazy just waiting for the question. And then he asks "Melissa Kay Wayment... Will you marry me?" I wanted to shout my answer but for fear of scaring anyone below I just smiled wide and said "YES!" How he asked me was perfect and I couldn't ask for a more perfect man to marry! He is definately amazing!
