A bit of Heaven!
I just had to post some pictures of my new wonderful niece and nephew. They aren't very recent because my camera hasn't been working right... so these will have to do.
Adalyn was born April 22, 2008. She is a beautiful girl and amazing in so many ways. She smiles constantly now that she has control over her facial muscles and she loves her peas! :) She is also gaining her first tooth and trying her hardest to crawl. (Uh oh!) :)
My nephew Kayson was born July 3, 2008. Although I only got to spend a couple short weeks with him, he is a handsome little fella and strong too. He is fun to watch cause he just kicks his legs here and there and everywhere. :) He is starting to play with his toys more and it was fun to see him learn new things in the short time he was here.
Being an Aunt has been altogether THE BEST! I love watching them grow and learn and play. It's amazing! :) I don't get much time with them, but I am grateful for the time that I do get. These two wonderful babies amaze me day by day and they have wonderful parents who are amazing in and of themselves. I am excited to have children of my own some day so that I can have my own little bit of heaven. I love them all!!!

Camping!!!
This is the camping trip that Jordan and I went on. We went up in the Uintas. It was pretty good weather. We went in July, and I just haven't gotten around to posting about it. We went on a few hiking trails and just had a blast. We also went fishing. Those pictures are on Jordan's camera so I can't show you, but he caught a lot of fish... I only caught a couple river ones and they were tiny anyway. lol.
Here is a picture of us on one of our hikes. This lake behind us was the destination. So we can at least say that we made it. lol.
This was a pond on our way up. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. We just loved it. Nature is what brings the best out of us... especially me! Lol.
Here is a picture of the sunset. It was awesome. It kind of looked like a picture that a professional would take. It was amazing.
These are all the colorful flowers that I picked along the way. So many different types. They were all beautiful so I had to take a picture of them for memory.
Here is a picture of the Mountain we were hiking next to. If you look real close there is still snow right in the middle.
Here is a picture of the scenery again. I just love nature. Its apart of me. This was an open field. Some of the trees are dead because a ton of beetles flew over the Uintas and killed over half of them. It was sad, but for the trees that lived it was beautiful.
